More info on this weekends event – Saturday, September 20th, Golden, BC

Hosted at Cedar Lake recreation area (and campground), just minutes from the Town of Golden, this is a great place to spend a weekend. Cedar Lake features the amazing Moonraker single track trail network and a fantastic lake for swimming after you’ve made your trail effort. The half-marathon course will be one large loop, including some of the most scenic views in the entire trail network.

Cedar Lake is located approximately 8 km west of Golden, up the Kicking Horse Trail (adjacent to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort). The Town of Golden is a very popular summer destination at the confluence of two great rivers that feature world class whitewater rafting. The single track trail network has more than 80 km of trail, with an addition 10 km of natural-surface urban trail through town.
