"Of Indian Descent; a foreign mountain biker visits BC to find familiar territory" which recounts the adventures of the contest prize winner Vinay Menon. Vinay is a pioneer of mountain biking in India and spent 2 months traveling through BC tasting what we have to offer. The last 2 days of the trip brought him through Fernie where the bike patrol showed him our best; he loved Rumplestumpskin so much that he made the 4.6 km DH trip three times in a row with several broken ribs and a broken hand (previous injury from another mountain bike journey)

"Fernie's got some of the wildest trails I've found amongst the five bike parks I rode. The trail crew is doing a great job there, keeping the trails as natural as possible"
