Are you keeping up on your New Year’s Resolution? For most it can be very challenging. Just starting your program can be the toughest step for many. Staying on track of your Get Fit program is much more than a resolution.

Master your inner Voice. Do the evil delays and excuses stop you in your tracks? Get control of your inner voice to push them back and get out the door for a run or to the gym for your workout.

It is all about having a good-time. Don’t jump on the band wagon of empty promises to lose massive amounts of weight in crazy short periods of time. Instead pick passions and interests you enjoy. Make your workouts fun and you will be on track for the long run.

See it and it Happens. See it happening to get it to happen. If early morning runs are you thing then see your morning routine making that happen. Visualize after that cup of joe you have your running gear on and out the door. See fitness as part of your daily mental routine to make it actually happen.
