There have been lots of people walking around Fernie Alpine Resort and enjoying all of the snowfall!! There is no feeling like the anticipation of that 1st day of skiing! Fernie Alpine Resort will open on Saturday. The team has been really busy getting the slopes ready. Groomers out preping runs and snowmakers hard at it on the lower mountain and the Snow Safety team doing snow control work in the Alpine.
